Meet Jessica

I’m a proud native of Upstate South Carolina with deep roots in this community. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, I spent over 18 years honing my skills as a courtroom advocate. My experience spans both sides of the law—having served as a former violent crimes prosecutor and a juvenile public defender. This diverse background has given me a unique perspective on the law, allowing me to understand the complexities of both defending and prosecuting criminal cases.

As a student South Carolina public schools and our great higher education institutions, I have a deep passion for education and firmly believe that every child deserves access to a quality education, especially our most vulnerable students. I am committed to ensuring that schools respect the rights of students and support parents as they advocate for their children's educational needs. I take the time to listen to my clients, understand their unique circumstances, and offer compassionate guidance through the complexities of education law.

As a zealous advocate, I am dedicated to protecting my clients’ rights in both education and criminal law whether in the courtroom or out. I provide personalized, strategic representation and work tirelessly to ensure my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. My mission is to stand by your side, protect your rights, and give you the best possible defense and advocacy.
